Return & Refund Policy
1. Nature of Products
All items sold by Ragmi Store are digital goods and subscriptions (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Canva Pro, Microsoft 365, Windows keys, streaming & gaming services). No physical shipping.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because digital products are delivered electronically after payment and activation, orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once completed.
3. When Refunds May Apply (Rare Cases)
We may issue a refund or replacement only if:
- You received the wrong digital product by mistake, or
- The activation code/subscription link does not work and we cannot replace it.
4. Submission Window
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include your order number and proof of payment.
5. Review Time
We review cases carefully and respond within 24–48 hours. During weekends/holidays, responses may take up to 24 hours extra.
6. Delivery Timing Reminder
Most orders deliver within 1 hour after payment confirmation; during weekends, holidays, or high demand, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
7. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to issues caused by:
- Incorrect email/WhatsApp provided by the customer,
- Violation of provider policies or fair-use rules,
- Inability to use the product due to device or region restrictions beyond our control.
